Pre-Tan Exfoliating Towelette / $3
Didn't have time to prep? Our refreshing citrus towelette is the quick fix. This single-use, no-rinse wipe gently buffs away dead skin cells, product buildup, and residue while replenishing hydration and neutralizing odors. Infused with aloe, Vitamin C, cranberry seed oil, white tea, and cucumber extract, it leaves skin smooth, fresh, and glow-ready.

SUGARING GUIDE

Follow these simple steps to make your appointment smoother… literally.
Your hair needs to be at least 1/4 inch long — about the length of a grain of rice. That’s usually:
2 weeks after shaving
4 weeks after your last wax or sugaring.
Proper length = smoother + longer-lasting results.
Exfoliate a few times per week leading up to your appointment to keep the skin soft and ready.
Then stop exfoliating 48 hours before your appointment.
Arrive with clean, dry skin. No lotion, oils or deodorant on the area getting sugared.
Avoid Retinoids / Accutane
No Accutane for 12 months prior.
No retinol, AHAs/BHAs, or strong exfoliants on the area being sugared for at least 1 week before your appointment.
These products make your skin extra sensitive.
Caffeine/Stimulants: If you can, avoid caffeine or stimulants the morning of your appointment. They can make the skin more reactive and increase sensitivity.
Menstrual Cycle: You can absolutely get sugared on your period. Just know, your skin tends to be more sensitive during this time. If you want the least discomfort possible, schedule outside your premenstrual/menstrual window.

Your pores are fresh and open. Treat them with care!
Don’t Sweat.
Avoid sweating, saunas, hot yoga, heavy workouts, or anything that heats the body for 24 hours.
Sweat can clog freshly opened follicles.
No Touching
We know… you’ll feel unbelievably smooth. But avoid touching the area with your hands to prevent transferring bacteria into open pores.
Protect Your Skin. For 48 hours, avoid:
Sun exposure
Hot tubs / saunas
Pools
Tanning beds
Fragranced lotions or harsh products
Your skin is extra vulnerable to irritation (and bacteria) right after sugaring.
Wait to Get Intimate
For Brazilians, wait 24 hours before getting intimate. If you’re prone to ingrowns or irritation, aim for 48 hours.
Keep It Clean + Simple
Stick with gentle, fragrance-free products for 24–48 hours.
Avoid super hot showers.
Wear loose, breathable clothing.
Preventing Ingrowns
Starting 72 hours after your appointment:
Exfoliate 2–3x per week. We love exfoliating gloves!
Use an ingrown serum if you’re prone to bumps
SPRAY TAN GUIDE

24–48 Hours Before
Give your skin a fresh canvas. Exfoliate well and remove any old self tanner.
Shave 24 hours beforehand so your pores can heal.
Pause retinol, AHAs/BHAs, benzoyl peroxide, and strong exfoliants on areas being tanned for 3–7 days. (These fade your tan fast.)
Keep your skin hydrated this week, just skip the heavy oils.
Day Of Your Appointment
Arrive with clean, dry, product-free skin. No lotion, deodorant, perfume, or makeup.
Avoid showering within 6 hours of your appointment. If you must, do a gentle water-only rinse.
Wear loose, dark, comfy clothing and slip-on shoes. Skip leggings or anything fitted.
Mani/pedis, facials, massages, and beauty services should all happen the day before your tan (at least 12 hours prior). Your tan is the last step.
Check the weather! Rain and snow are the enemy of a fresh bronzer layer.
If you’re pregnant, we can absolutely accommodate. Just consult with your provider first!

You’re getting a rapid rinse tan, which means your rinse time = your depth. Rinse at your recommended time for best results.
Until Your Rinse
Stay completely dry! No sweating or water. Avoid skin to skin contact.
Wear loose long sleeves and pants to protect the bronzer.
Your First Rinse
Rinse with lukewarm water only for 60–90 seconds.
Use your hands to guide the bronzer off until the water runs clear.
No soap. No loofahs.
Pat dry. Don’t rub.
After 24 Hours
Take your first real shower with a gentle, tan-safe wash.
Moisturize right after to lock everything in.

Moisturize every day, twice a day with a water-based lotion. Hydrated skin holds color longer!
Choose oil-free, tan-friendly products (glycerin, hyaluronic acid, ceramides).
Keep showers short and lukewarm, not long and hot.
Rinse after sweating or swimming, then moisturize again.
Products That Break Down Your Tan:
Dove, Dial, Olay and Bath & Body products.
Loofahs or exfoliating mitts
Retinol, AHAs/BHAs, benzoyl peroxide
Alcohol-heavy mists
Essential oils or heavy body oils
Clarifying shampoos running onto the body
Working With Your Spray Tan:
Wear loose, breathable fabrics to avoid sweat lines.
Rinse post-sweat and hydrate your skin again.
Face Tan Care:
Expect your face to fade faster because of skincare.
You can extend it with a gradual face tan mist/serum between sessions. HERE
Removing Your Tan:
When you’re ready for a fresh bronze, thoroughly exfoliate your old tan off to reset your skin.
