Membership Policies

To cancel or temporarily pause your membership, please email support@sweetlybronzed.com by the 25th of the month to adjust your plan for the upcoming month. For late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows, 50% of the service cost will be deducted from your account, and you’ll be responsible for the remaining balance if you reschedule within the same month. Upgrading your membership requires a 60-day commitment and will continue to renew at that tier until we are notified.

We understand that things come up, so if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so online or text us at 614-245-5665 at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. For trainee appointments, the full $25 fee will be applied.

At Sweetly Bronzed, we always strive to schedule you with your preferred technician. However, in cases of illness, time off, or schedule changes, another highly trained member of our team will step in to keep your appointment with Sweetly Bronzed on track. Rest assured, every SB Sugarista + Stay Tan Artist has undergone our intensive in-house training and uses the same expert techniques, ensuring you’re always in the best (and sweetest) hands.
