Membership Policies

To cancel or temporarily pause your monthly membership, please email support@sweetlybronzed.com by the 25th of the month to adjust your membership for the upcoming month. You will receive a confirmation email when it’s received. Upgrading your membership requires a new 60-day commitment and will continue to renew at that tier until we are notified.
Cancellations

Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment result in a 50% service fee to the card on file.
Trainee appointments have a standard $25 fee.

At Sweetly Bronzed, we always strive to keep you scheduled with your preferred technician. However, in cases of an illness, time off, or schedule changes, another highly trained member of our team will step in to keep your appointment with Sweetly Bronzed on track.
Rest assured, all of our Sugarista’s + Spray Tan Artists have undergone the same intensive in-house training and use the same expert techniques, ensuring you’re always in the best (and sweetest) hands.
