  • We’re a text-based salon so we can offer thoughtful, personalized support between appointments and give our in-salon guests our full attention. It’s our way of keeping things smooth, simple, and all about you.

    Texts are answered during business hours. If you’re texting to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, our standard cancellation fee will apply.

  • You can cancel or reschedule online up to 24 hours before your appointment by logging into your Vagaro account, selecting your appointment, and choosing “Cancel” or “Reschedule.”

    You’re also welcome to text us! However, we strongly recommend rescheduling through your account to avoid any delays or back-and-forth, especially if you’re close to your 24-hour mark. Online booking will always show our most up-to-date availability.

  • All cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows made with less than a 24 hours’ notice are subject to the following:

    Regular Appointments: You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

    Monthly Memberships: 50% of the service will be deducted from your membership. If rescheduled within the same month, the remaining balance at the membership rate will be due at your next visit.

    Complimentary Services: Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame will result in forfeiting your free service.

    Trainee Appointments: The full $25 trainee service fee will be charged.

  • All bookings are made online via our Vagaro system - which you can access here. This has all of the most up to date availability and ensures that we avoid the dreaded “human error”. No phone tag, no back and forth on schedules, etc.

    If a particular day/time isn’t available, we highly recommend adding yourself to the waitlist online. When you’re on the waitlist, you will get notified immediately when an opening pops up and will have easy access to book.

  • Yes! That’s our #1 combo. Unlike traditional waxing, sugaring is gentle enough that you can get a spray tan immediately after. No 24-hour wait time needed.

    Because the sugar paste is water-soluble and doesn’t irritate the skin, it preps you perfectly for a flawless tan—and bonus: you won’t need to shave for the entire time you have your tan!

    Just be sure to book your sugaring first, spray tan second—that order matters. After your appointment, we’ll give you a wet cloth to wipe away any sticky residue before your spray tan is applied.

    Bridal Party Spray Tan?

    Our BRIDAL TOAST + TAN package is perfect for groups of 6 or more. The package is created to give the bride a 50% discount and the party a 12% discount each tan. All tans must be booked on the same day and the package must be purchased in advance. The package online includes the above discount for 6 people. If you have more than 6, just note who’s in the party when booking and they’ll receive the 12% discount as long as they’re scheduled on the same day.

    To ensure availability, please email ashley@sweetlybronzed.com before purchasing and for any additional questions. We recommend scheduling 90 days in advance to ensure availability for your party.

    First Time Sugaring?

    If you’re coming from shaving, book your first Brazilian early and your second Brazilian right before the wedding/honeymoon. It’s normal for some hairs to be too short or stubborn to remove your first visit. Your second Brazilian will help ensure perfect results and less downtime. Already sugar or wax regularly? You’re golden!

    Please always allow 48 hours of downtime after sugaring before pools, hot tubs, saltwater or sweating.

    First time getting a spray tan with us?

    We highly recommend booking a trial tan before your wedding so we can perfect your custom glow for your big day.

    Getting Sugared + a Spray Tan?

    Always book your sugaring appointment first, then your spray tan.

  • Throughout the year, we offer trainee appointments as part of our training process for new employees or ongoing staff education. During these appointments, the person in training will perform the service with a trainer present in the room.

    Trainee appointments are offered for a discounted price (typically $25) for the specified service being trained on.

    Following your appointment, we will text you the next day to ask for detailed feedback about your experience and results. Your input is essential to help us perfect our training process.

    If you cancel within 24 hours or no-show for a trainee appointment, you will be charged the full $25 fee.

    We primarily advertise trainee appointments on our Instagram, so be sure to follow us for updates and availability!

    Please note: Touchups are not offered after trainee appointments. Thank you for supporting our team’s growth!

  • All packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Be sure to use your services before the expiration date as unused services do not roll over, are non-transferable and are non-refundable.

  • Gift cards can be redeemed on any full-priced service or products at Sweetly Bronzed. They cannot be used toward membership payment, membership pricing, gratuity, or other discounted services/promos.

    To use, simply mention that you have a gift card on file. We’ll take care of the rest on our end.

  • Yes. Sweetly Bronzed gift cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. After 12 months, any unused balance will expire.

  • At Sweetly Bronzed, we always strive to keep you scheduled with the technician you’re pre-booked with. However, in cases of illness, time off, or other last minute schedule changes, another highly trained member of our team will step in to keep your appointment with Sweetly Bronzed on track.

    Rest assured, all of our technicians have completed our signature in-house training and use the same expert techniques, ensuring you’re always in the best (and sweetest) hands.

  • We use USPS for all orders. Ground shipping for all U.S. orders may take up to 3-8 business days to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.

  • BOGO specials are valid for up to 90 days after your first visit. No code needed. Just book a regular appointment within that timeframe and we’ll see it saved on your file when you come in. Easy as that. 🩷

Membership + Policy Questions:

  • Our monthly memberships are built around our two most popular services —Brazilians & Spray Sans. They’re designed to give you consistent results, exclusive savings, and the convenience of making self-care part of your monthly routine.

    The Single Membership offers 1 service each month (a 20% savings), the Essentials Membership offers 2 services each month (a 25% savings), and our Gold Membership offers 3 services each month (a 35% savings).

    Services can be used for either a Brazilian Sugaring or a Spray Tan—or a mix of both! Memberships are a monthly subscription with a 90-day commitment, starting and renewing on the 1st of each month. Upon signing up, your perks begin on the 1st of the following month.

    Any additional services beyond monthly membership are not offered at a discounted rate.

  • Gift card can’t be used for membership dues or membership pricing. Memberships are billed to the card on file.

  • All membership cancellations or changes must be emailed directly from the account holder to support@sweetlybronzed.com by the 25th of the month to stop the upcoming subscription from renewing.

    You’ll receive a confirmation email from our support team once your request is processed. If you don’t receive a confirmation response within 48 hours, please resend your email to ensure it was received.

  • Membership charges are non-refundable.

    All product sales and package sales are final and nonrefundable.

  • In order to respect the time of our clients and our staff, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. The majority of our appointments are 20 minutes long. Therefore, we can only allow a 6 minute grace period. If you are later than that, we cannot guarantee service. This will result in cancelling your appointment and applying our cancellation fee.

    If you are running late, please text the salon so we can do our best to accommodate your appointment.

Sugaring Questions:

  • Sugaring is a natural, gentle alternative to traditional waxing — made with just sugar, lemon juice, and water. It removes hair from the root while being kinder on the skin, making it a favorite for even the most sensitive areas.

  • Do not exfoliate 48 hours prior to your appointment and have clean, dry skin free of lotions or oils.

    To minimize pain: avoid caffeine, hot showers and working out before your appointment. If you're really nervous about the pain, pop a Tylenol 20 minutes before!

  • For best results, please make sure to have a minimum of 14 days of growth (if you're coming from shaving) or 4 weeks of growth (if you're coming from waxing) on the day of your appointment.

  • Everyone is different! Generally, any redness or soreness should only last around 30-60 minutes. However, some skin may be a little more sensitive. Because of this, please allow 1-2 days of down time before resuming any exfoliating or sweating.

  • This happens all the time! Your period does not affect the sugaring process, although you may be more sensitive to pain. We just require you to wear a tampon during your service.

  • We currently only provide Brazilian and bikini services to women. However, we do offer sugaring services for men’s backs and chest!


Spray Tan Questions:

  • Our spray tans are custom to the core, created to complement your natural undertone — not a ‘one-shade-fits-all’ in a bottle. We work with rapid solutions and a wide range of bronzers across multiple undertones to mix each tan specifically for your skin tone and desired depth.

    Our application technique focuses on precise placement, seamless blending and consistency. The result? A tan that looks flawless, fades cleanly, and looks like your skin on its best day.

  • Thoroughly exfoliate and shave the night before your spray tan (or at least 12 hours before your tan.) Make sure there are no moisturizers, oils or deodorants on your skin the day of your appointment, as this acts as a barrier to your tans and will not allow the color to develop properly.

  • With proper prep and aftercare, your glow will look its best for 5-7 days. Smooth, even and crack-free. After that, gradual fading is expected as your skin naturally exfoliates. Our clients who love a consistent glow rebook every two weeks to maintain a flawless and fresh bronze.

    Pro tips for making your spray tan last for it’s full potential:

    • Opt for quick, cool showers.

    • Always pat dry after your shower. No scrubbing!

    • Moisturize twice a day with a water based lotion. (Our Recommendations: Aveeno, CeraVe or Hempz)

    • Always use a spray tan safe soap. (Our recommendations: Method, Native, Aveeno) STAY AWAY FROM: Dove, Dial, Olay.

  • You can wear (or not wear) whatever you’d like. Some people like to wear a thong or bikini bottoms to see how tan they get. We say this is the one time you don’t need tan lines, so why have them! Whatever your comfortability is.

    We do require all men to wear underwear.

    Post spray tan: Wear loose, dark clothing. No bra, no leggings, no tight closed toe shoes, jeans etc. Please wear long sleeves + long loose pants to avoid skin to skin contact.

  • We exclusively use rapid spray tan solution, designed to be rinsed within 2-4 hours depending on your desired depth and skin tone. Leaving the solution on longer than recommended (past 4 hours) will result in the darkest possible color. For the most flawless glow, always follow the rinse time recommended by your technician to avoid over processing, uneven development or unnatural tones.

  • We recommend getting a spray tan 1-2 days before any special event to ensure your tan is fresh, fully developed and looks perfect. With that said, please make sure your spray tan is your last appointment in your beauty routine! All mani/pedi’s, facials, massages, shaving should be done the day before at minimum to assure all oils are off your skin for your spray tan.

  • Orange doesn’t exist here. Our premium solutions are formulated with the highest quality DHA on the market and paired with customizable bronzers for a natural, sun-kissed or bronzed finish—never brassy, never streaky, always flawless. Just be sure to following the rinse time and instructions provided by your Spray Tan Artist.

    We work with a range of undertones to match your skin and enhance your natural glow. The result? A flawless bronzed finish that looks like you, just glowier.

  • Moisturize twice a day with a water based lotion. We highly recommend sticking with Aveeno, CeraVe or Hempz lotion. Avoid using Dove, Olay, Dial and Bath & Body Works as these products will turn you brassy and complete strip your spray tan!

    You will also want to avoid chlorinated pools or jacuzzies, saunas, steam rooms, and any form of exfoliation (shaving, scrubbing) as these will fade your spray tan faster.

  • Your spray tan should be the very last step in your beauty routine, period. Massages, mani/pedis, facials, etc. should all occur a minimum of 12 hours before your spray tan appointment. All of these services have their own products that are utilized throughout the services that when used too close to your appointment can create a barrier between your skin and the DHA (active ingredient in spray tan). Or when utilized after the service will discolor and completely strip your spray tan.

  • No, our solution does not stain clothing or sheets. It’s water based and designed to rinse out easily from fabric. You may notice a little transfer from the initial bronzer layer after your appointment - that’s totally normal. That is why we recommend dark clothing for your post spray tan attire.

    After you’ve rinsed and the bronzer layer off, there should be no further transfer onto clothing. Sometimes this requires a second rinse the next morning with a spray tan safe soap to make sure the bronzer is fully off.

  • First things first…we are sunless tanning professionals, we are not licensed medical professionals and while we have sprayed numerous expecting mommas-to-be, every pregnancy and their accompanying risks are different. We recommend that you ask your OBGYN before getting a spray tan.
